1. Fox, Brian W. (1930 - 1999): - Brief visit to the atoll in March 1994. Material in herbarium M. Seaward (MRDS).

2. Hambler, C.: - Zoologist. Collections from the year 1981 and 1983 have been identified and published in Seaward et al. (1996: xxx). In Seaward et al. (2002: 473) four more species, Arthonia rubiginella, Buellia multispora, Chrysothrix candelaris, Pyrenula ochraceoflava, are mentioned.
