Taxonomy: "Four localites were mentioned in the protologue, and material collected 'zwischen Dollnstein and Eberswang' has been distributed in Arnold's Lich. exs. as number 28 (UPS). This material we have studied and used for understanding Arnold's concept of this species, although no formal typification has been made. Amphoroblastia gotlandica Servít was described as having no involucrellum but only an apically thickened excipulum. Involucrellum thickness and development ..." (SaviŽc & Tibell 2012: 21).
