Type locality: Svecia, [on rock] (H-ACH 243A - lectotype). Selected by Coppins & Purvis (1987: 37). TLC: Rhizocarpic acid, four unidentified substances.

Barcode: Available. Data lacking.

Thallus: effuse, 1 - 2 cm wide, leprose, yellow-green. Discrete soredia not formed (Øvstedal & Lewis Smith 2001: 289).

Photobiont: Trebouxia (Coppins & Purvis 1987: 37). Trebouxia (Øvstedal & Lewis Smith 2001: 289).
