Locality of Ramalina maderensis: Spain, Canary Islands, Fuerteventura, plain west of Tindaya dominated by limestone, 1 kilometer west of Tindaya, on basaltic rock and small stones, x m, 28.8.2011, T. Feuerer. The species is growing here in abundance!
